Since 2016, John Callanan has been a solution-oriented real estate agent. In addition to helping buyers and sellers solve problems during transactions, he strives to find more satisfactory ways to complete them. John considers homeownership to be one of life’s greatest achievements which is why he wants to keep using his market expertise to help more people achieve it around Napa County. An extensive background in restaurant management enabled him to develop skills like customer service, communication, and problem-solving that are essential during the homebuying and selling process. He also has a track record of working with different personalities and client demographics.

 

John always keeps an ear to the real estate industry ground regarding local supply and demand, median home prices, new construction, mortgage rates, and the economy to provide his clients with sound advice. He plans to expand his credentials to become a Certified Community Association Manager to assist more HOA clients.

 

When John has some downtime, he enjoys traveling, playing golf, and learning about other cultures. He also contributes to several community events and projects.
