An agent since 2002, Renee Hodge knows that the real estate market is in constant flux, and her knowledge and understanding of the local market and its nuances provide unique opportunities for both buyers and sellers. Renee specializes in helping clients with residential and land transactions, utilizing her strong background in new construction, renovation, land use, and development to help them achieve their goals.

Renee is a seasoned professional. By listening to her clients’ needs, she builds a relationship of trust and confidence that stands as a foundation for her tireless work ethic and professional skills, which create smooth, successful transactions that exceed clients’ expectations.

Born and raised in Napa Valley, Renee has strong professional and personal ties to the community: Her grandfather, a dairy farmer, established farms in the region as far back as the 1940s. She attended the Napa Valley Unified School District and received her bachelor’s degree with a concentration in mathematics from Sonoma State University.

Renee is a member of the North Bay Association of Realtors®, the California Association of Realtors®, and the National Association of Realtors®. She is also Eco Green-certified. She credits her husband for some of her construction knowledge, as he is a local builder and developer.
