Stacey has a bachelor’s degree in environmental horticulture and a minor in viticulture from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and has a certificate from the Organisation Internationale de la Vigne et du Vin (OIV), UC Davis’ Division of Continuing and Professional Education, and the Department of Viticulture and Enology.
